5. Special Note: Drug and Alcohol Test Kit Purchases
We note that the purchase of certain Products (alcohol test kits, cotinine test kits and THC test kits) may be considered sensitive in nature. We treat all purchase records with strict confidentiality. We do not share your order history with any employer, government authority, insurer or other third party unless we are legally compelled to do so by a court order or applicable law.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. These measures include:

Upon expiry of the relevant retention period or upon your valid request for deletion, we will securely delete or anonymise your personal information, subject to any overriding legal obligations.
